"Willie is amazing! He completed our home theater installation over several days. He is meticulous, detail oriented and incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. He is a perfectionist and does the job like he is working in his own home. He installed Surround sound in a room upstairs which required him to enter our attic and was able to do it without a problem. Then he installed two in ceiling speakers in our downstairs living room-again no problem! We initially contacted Willie because we were trying to get some support with reconnecting our security cameras to our Wi-Fi. The person that we originally hired was MIA when it came to troubleshooting after the job was completed. Willie came to our home and spent FOUR hours with us free of charge troubleshooting a job that he didn't even do! When we decided to get our audio's system installed a few weeks later, Willie completed the job to perfection AND fixed the problem with our security cameras!
